The Case Manager works closely with victims of Hurricanes Laura and Delta to provide a smooth application process. They are responsible for guiding applicants through the process, ensuring all program files and documents are accurate and accounted for. The Case Managers must have the ability to learn and understand the program processes from start to finish in order to clearly communicate requirements with applicants. Local travel may be required in affected parishes including but not limited to Calcasieu and Rapides; however, remote work is possible.
Individual shall possess 2 years’ experience as a member of a state or federal recovery operation, or equivalent experience commensurate with the ability to perform the necessary duties.
Basic knowledge of the FEMA Disaster Case Management Program is desirable.
Provide assistance to the applicant throughout the application process.
This individual shall demonstrate an advanced knowledge of the operational and regulatory aspects of the FEMA Individual Assistance.

We are looking for Debris Monitors that live in or are willing to temporarily locate to the following Oregon regions to help communities respond and recover from the Oregon Wildfires of 2020:
Debris Monitors will be responsible for monitoring the hauler trucks as they clear debris while documenting their daily activities and ensuring that debris clean-up complies with federal regulations.
Employees will be provided the necessary job training. The position pay is up to $18.50 dollars an hour and time and a half for all work over 40 hours each week. Per diem and/or mileage reimbursement may be available but is not guaranteed.
